School provides to its students well equipped Science lab, Chemistry lab, Physics lab, maths lab for learning by doing.

The School offers some of the best hi tech labs in the city with about 25 computers and internet facility. Computer education is an integral part of education from class to class XII. However handling starts from nursery classes through games.

The KNOWLEDGE CENTRE with its comprehensive collection of academic and reference books and its wide range of journals and periodicals school library provides an updates knowledge  centre for the staff and students. The library incorporates computer network and internet access which is available throughout the week. A varied collection of books, reference material, CDs are available for the students which help them in preparing for various competitive exams.   

The purpose of the smarts class provision is to empower teachers with technology right inside their classrooms to use digital resources such as graphic, animations, 3d image and videos clips in addition to the traditional methods of teaching in their day to day life. Through smart classes and e-curriculum the learning becomes more meaningful for the students.

School has a play ground of its own land and is being utilized for various sports & games- indoor and outdoor. Students actively participate and have brought laurels at district level, state level and national level in Chess, Basketball, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Kho-Kho & Badminton. PT displays, Yoga and Athletics are our regular features. During summer vacations our students avail the facility of sports training in - Cricket, Chess, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, T.T. and Yoga.

DAV encourages students to participate in learning Music, Theatre, Performing Arts, Indian and Western Dance under the guidance of the qualified teachers and professionals. The school provides healthy atmosphere to students to learn vocal and playing instruments. A spacious and well equipped music-cum-dance room is available for the students.

We emphasis on sharpening various skills in the children like Clay Modelling, Doll or Toy Making, Needle Work, Card board Models, Paper Cutting Gardening, Flower Making, Candle Making, First-Aid and, Commercial Art.

Well arranged assembly conducted in the morning by the students with mantra & hindi prayer. Also different activities done by students like thoughts, news & quiz etc to enhance student’s knowledge.
